In the easy Stube (parlour) with the characteristic tiled stove you will spend pleasant evenings with new friends. In the morning we can offer a beautiful breakfast buffet. There is a playground for children and different games are available.

Besides you can enjoy the sunshine in the wide meadow before the Residence. Next to the Residence there is the underground garage with a parking area outside. Moreover we can provide you with a daily service for fresh bread, drinks and telephone wakening.

In few minutes on foot you can reach shops and restaurants as well as the bus stay or the station of the “Ritten train”.

Kitchenette in the living room completely equipped for 2 - 4 people, one double bedroom living room with a daybed armchair, wardrobe and safe, stylish bathroom and balcony, direct dial phone, sat TV and centralized Vacuum cleaner.
